Recruitment process in stages
Stage 1 – Brief
Step 1 – Conversation with the Client – Our first step is to talk with the Client in order to understand their needs, the candidate they look for, the vacancy to be filled and their expectations.
Step 2 – We analyze their needs, produce a profiled description of a desired candidate and suggest the recruitment strategy.
Step 3 – The Client approves the strategy, the cooperation agreement is signed and we launch our candidate search.
Stage 2 – Strategy Building
Step 1 – We search for a perfect-profile candidate in our database. As a start, we review CVs in our pool and select candidates who will be contacted.
Step 2 – Next, we move on to the external recruitment: we ask for recommendations from the members of our Referral Club and from all people who may know the individual we are looking for.
Step 3 – Finally, we launch a market search, checking selected businesses and identifying candidates on positions which require pre-defined competencies.
Stage 3 – First Contact
Step 1 – We hold the first phone call with the Candidate who has been contacted after the review of businesses from our search list. The goal of the conversation is to get some preliminary understanding of the Candidate’s profile and to present our offer.
Step 2 – We review applications filed via the Website and LinkedIn and hold first interviews with candidates to confirm their interests and experience.
Stage 4 – Interviews
Step 1 – We hold interviews with pre-selected candidates.
Step 2 – We shortlist candidates who will be presented to the Client.
Step 3 – Candidates’ references are checked under the 360 model. As a result, we get feedback on the candidate from various stakeholders – people they work or have worked with (line manager, team member, external client, cooperating partner).
Step 4 – We run competence and personality tests and other checks required by the Client.
Stage 5 – Meetings at the Client’s, final selection of the candidate
Step 1 – Meetings are organized at the Client’s.
Step 2 – We exchange post-meeting feedback with the Client.
Step 3 – We arrange the second round of meetings at the Client’s.
Step 4 – Again, we exchange feedback or, as the case may be, we run additional tests or propose tasks to check the candidates’ level of skill.
Step 5 – The candidate gets the final job offer and the letter of intent is signed.
Stage 6 – Feedback
Krok 1 – The selected candidate starts their work at the Client’s.
Krok 2 – Feedback is exchanged between the Client, the Candidate and HHG after 3, 6 and 12 months, respectively.
