Privacy Policy of Headhunters Group
At Headhunters Group we take responsibility for personal data and make every effort to expediently provide you will all and any information regarding their processing.
Below, we explain how your personal data are processed for the purpose of the services provided to you via the Website Service available at: https://hhg.pl (“Website Service”).
If you solely browse the contents of our Website Service, the information on your cookies and other relevant technologies shall apply; this information is available here.
In this document we will use the “GDPR” acronym, which stands for the EU Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
Personal data controller – who collects your personal data and decides on purposes and means of their processing?

Purpose and legal basis for the processing of your personal data
HHG will process your personal data in order to run the recruitment process for the position you are applying for. Your personal data will also be processed for the purposes of future recruitments run by HGG if you have consented to such processing in the application documents provided to our Group/
In both cases, i.e. when we process your personal data in order to examine your application for the position in question, and when your personal data is processed in future recruitment processes, the legal basis for such processing will be your consent, and therefore the provisions of Article 6, paragraph 1(a) of the GDPR.
To whom your personal data may be transferred?
The recipients of your personal data, i.e. any entities to which your personal data may be disclosed in connection with the recruitment for the position you are applying for, include prospective employers as far as we consider that you meet the requirements defined by them for the position covered by the job offer in question.
Your personal data may also be accessed by our staff and partners involved in any services provided to you (recruitment process) as well as any by individuals who will assist you in any matters you will relay to HGG. Under the data processing agreement your personal data may also be accessed by third parties who provide for us some specific services, including IT services, hosting services (server), legal services, and by vendors of messaging services and platforms where we advertise our recruitments.
In justified cases and as far as permitted by applicable laws, your personal data may also be accessed by public authorities, in particular by the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
How long will your personal data be processed?
We will process your personal data for the time necessary to run the recruitment process for the position you are applying for. Upon the completion of the recruitment process, your personal data will be removed from our candidate database unless you have withdrawn your processing consent earlier; if so, we will stop the processing and delete your personal data before the end of recruitment.
If you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of future recruitment processes, such data will be processed for 2 years following the receipt of your consent. If you withdraw your consent before the end of this period, we will stop the processing and delete your personal data.
If you subscribe to our Newsletter, we will process such personal data as your first name and e-mail address, as long as you subscription is valid. If you decide to unsubscribe, we will stop the processing of your personal data for that purpose.
Your rights related to the processing of your personal data
In accordance with the rules set out in the GDPR, you may have the right to request: (i) access to your personal data; (ii) have your personal data rectified; (iii) have your personal data deleted; (iv) limit the processing of your personal data; or (v) object to the processing of your personal data, as well as (vi) their transfer to another data controller.

You may object to the processing of your personal data
Yes, you can do that, however only and to the extent that your personal data are processed pursuant to the provisions of Article 6, paragraph 1 (f) and/or (e) of the GDPR. You may object to the processing at any time, for reasons related to your specific circumstances. If you object to the processing of your personal data pursuant to the said legal basis, we will no longer be allowed to process your personal data for the purposes covered by your objection unless we demonstrate that we have important legitimate interests to pursue such processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms or that we need to do so for the establishment, exercise or defense of our claims.
If your personal data are processed for the purposes of direct marketing, you may object to such processing at any time, and your objection will not require any justification.

Your personal data will not be subject to any automated decision-making.
Personal data are provided on a voluntary basis
You provide your personal data on a voluntary basis: you are the one to decide whether you wish to take part in our recruitment process. However, to this end we will need to process your personal data.
Newsletter
Our Website Service provides you with the option to subscribe to our Newsletter. This is nothing other than e-mail messaging sent on a regular basis to the e-mail address which you have provided and confirmed under the activation link. We use the Newsletter to provide you with the latest news from the labor market and any other relevant interesting facts.
You may unsubscribe our Newsletter at any time: just click on the link in the message with the Newsletter.
For the Newsletter, our operations, and therefore your subscription consent, are legally based on the provisions of Article 10, paragraph 2 of the Electronic Services Act of 18 July 2002, in connection with the provisions of Article 172 of the Telecommunications Law Act of 16 July 2004.
We will process your personal data, i.e. your e-mail address, for the purpose of direct marketing of our services, by means of our Newsletter. The legal basis for such personal data processing will be Article 6, paragraph 1(f) of the GDPR.
