Application documents which you wish to provide in reply to the job in question will include your personal data. In order to be able to use such information and examine your application for the employment offer, we will need your consent to personal data processing.

You may withdraw your consent at any time, and this will not affect the legality of the processing performed thereunder before its withdrawal.

You should include your consent in every application document (i.e. both in your CV and your Motivation Letter, and in any other piece of documentation that you wish to file in reply to the relevant job offer). Below we provide the template consent:

“I hereby consent to the processing of personal data from my application documents by Ewa Barańska-Chodkowska, running her business operations under the name “HEADHUNTERS GROUP Ewa Barańska – Chodkowska” (“HHG”), at the registered office in Warsaw, for the purpose of the pending recruitment process run by HHG”.

You may also consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of recruitment processes which HGG may run in future. If you want us to keep your application documents for future use in other recruitments, please sign the following consent:

 “I hereby consent to the processing of personal data from my application documents by Ewa Barańska-Chodkowska, running her business operations under the name “HEADHUNTERS GROUP Ewa Barańska – Chodkowska”, at the registered office in Warsaw, for the purpose of recruitment processes which HHG may run in future”.

You may also withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of future recruitment processes at any time, and this will not affect the legality of the processing operations performed by HGG before its withdrawal.

    1. Who is your personal data controller?

The controller of your personal data and the recipient of your application documents is Ewa Barańska – Chodkowska, running her business operations under the name “HEADHUNTERS GROUP Ewa Barańska – Chodkowska”, business address: ul. Zygmunta Hubnera 2/197, 01-756 Warsaw, e-mail: biuro@hhg.pl, hereinafter “HHG”.

    1. Purpose and legal basis for the processing of your personal data

HHG will process your personal data in order to run the recruitment for the position you are apply for. Your personal data will also be processed for the purposes of future recruitment processes managed by HHG if you have given the relevant consent in the application documents provided to our Group.

In both cases, i.e. when we process your personal data in order to examine your candidacy for the position in question, and when your personal data will be processed in future recruitment processes, the legal basis for such processing will be your consent, and therefore the provisions of Article 6, paragraph 1(a) of the EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR”) .

    1. To whom your personal data may be transferred?

The recipients of your personal data, i.e. any entities to which your personal data may be disclosed in connection with the recruitment for the position you are applying for, include prospective employers as far as we consider that you meet the requirements defined by them for the position covered by the relevant job offer. Don’t worry! Nothing will be done without your knowledge and consent! 

Additionally, the recipients of your personal data include the following entities: (i) server provider for the e-mail to be used by you to send us your application documents and to be used by us to contact you throughout the recruitment process; (ii) hosting provider for www.hhg.pl Website to be used by you to send your application documents; and (iii) our staff involved in handling the recruitment process.

    1. How long will your personal data be processed? 

We will process your personal data for the time necessary to run the recruitment process for the position you are applying for. Upon the completion of the recruitment process, your personal data will be removed from our candidate database unless you have withdrawn your processing consent earlier; if so, we will stop the processing and delete your personal data before the end of recruitment.

If you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of future recruitment processes, such data will be processed for 2 years following the receipt of your consent. If you withdraw your consent before the end of this period, we will stop the processing and delete your personal data. 

    1. You have the right to …

According to the GDPR and in cases set out therein, you have the right to: (i) access your personal data; and (ii) have your personal data rectified; (iii) deleted; (iv) limit their processing; or (v) object to the processing of your personal data, as well as (vi) their transfer.

You may also withdraw any of your consents to the processing of your personal data.

The supervisory authority with the jurisdiction over the personal data protection is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

    1. Personal data are provided on a voluntary basis

You provide your personal data on a voluntary basis as you are the one to decide whether you wish to take part in our recruitment process. However, to this end we will need to process your personal data.

    1. Automated decision-making and profiling

Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.

Zanim zgłosisz swój udział w rekrutacji, pamiętaj!

W dokumentach aplikacyjnych, które zechcesz nam przekazać w odpowiedzi na to ogłoszenie, znajdują się Twoje dane osobowe. Abyśmy mogli z tych informacji skorzystać i rozważyć Twoją kandydaturę na tę ofertę zatrudnienia potrzebujemy Twojej zgody na przetwarzanie danych osobowych.

Zgodę tę możesz w każdej chwili wycofać, co nie wpłynie na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania, jakiego dokonaliśmy na jej podstawie zanim ją wycofałeś. 

Zgodę należy zamieścić w każdym przesyłanym do nas dokumencie aplikacyjnym (tj. zarówno w CV, jak i w Liście motywacyjnym oraz w każdym innym dokumencie, który zechcesz nam przekazać w odpowiedzi na to ogłoszenie o pracę). Treść zgody:

„Wyrażam zgodę na przetwarzanie moich danych osobowych zawartych w moich dokumentach aplikacyjnych przez Ewę Barańską – Chodkowską prowadzącą działalność gospodarczą pod firmą „HEADHUNTERS GROUP Ewa Barańska – Chodkowska” z siedzibą w Warszawie („HHG”) dla potrzeb związanych z prowadzonym przez HHG procesem rekrutacyjnym.”  

Możesz także zgodzić się na przetwarzanie Twoich danych osobowych dla potrzeb przyszłych procesów rekrutacyjnych prowadzonych przez HHG. Jeżeli chcesz, abyśmy zachowali Twoje dokumenty aplikacyjne na przyszłość i korzystali z nich na potrzeby innych rekrutacji, wyraź także poniższą zgodę:

 „Wyrażam zgodę na przetwarzanie moich danych osobowych zawartych w moich dokumentach aplikacyjnych przez Ewę Barańską – Chodkowską prowadzącą działalność gospodarczą pod firmą „HEADHUNTERS GROUP Ewa Barańska – Chodkowska” z siedzibą w Warszawie dla potrzeb związanych z prowadzonymi w przyszłości przez HHG procesami rekrutacyjnymi.”

Zgodę na przetwarzanie danych osobowych na potrzeby przyszłych procesów rekrutacyjnych także możesz wycofać w każdym czasie, co nie wpłynie na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania, jakiego HHG dokonała przed jej wycofaniem.

    1. Administrator danych osobowych – kto to taki?

Administratorem Twoich danych osobowych  oraz podmiotem, do którego przesyłasz swoje dokumenty aplikacyjne, jest Ewa Barańska – Chodkowska, która prowadzi działalność gospodarczą pod firmą „HEADHUNTERS GROUP Ewa Barańska – Chodkowska”, adres prowadzonej działalności gospodarczej: ul. Zygmunta Hubnera 2/197, 01-756 Warszawa, e-mail: biuro@hhg.pl, dalej jako: „HHG”.

    1. Cel przetwarzania Twoich danych osobowych oraz podstawa prawna przetwarzania

Twoje dane osobowe będą przetwarzane przez HHG w celu przeprowadzenia rekrutacji na stanowisko, na które aplikujesz. Jeżeli wyraziłeś na to zgodę w przesłanych do HHG dokumentach aplikacyjnych, wówczas Twoje dane osobowe będą przetwarzane także dla potrzeb przyszłych rekrutacji prowadzonych przez HHG.

W obu przypadkach, tj. zarówno gdy przetwarzamy Twoje dane osobowe w celu rozważenia Twojej kandydatury na to konkretne stanowisko pracy, jak również kiedy przetwarzać będziemy Twoje dane osobowe w ramach przyszłych procesów rekrutacyjnych, podstawą prawną takiego przetwarzania jest wyrażona przez Ciebie zgoda, a zatem przepis art. 6 ust.1 lit. a) Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE („RODO”).

    1. Komu możemy ujawnić Twoje dane osobowe?

 Odbiorcami Twoich danych osobowych, a zatem podmiotami, którym możemy je ujawnić w związku z prowadzoną przez nas rekrutacją na stanowisko, na które aplikujesz, są potencjalni pracodawcy, co do których uznamy, że spełniasz oczekiwania określone przez te podmioty na stanowisko, którego dotyczy niniejsze ogłoszenie o pracę. Nie martw się – nic nie będzie się odbywać bez Twojej wiedzy i zgody!

Dodatkowo, odbiorcami Twoich danych osobowych są następujące podmioty: (i) dostawca serwera poczty elektronicznej, za pomocą której przekazujesz nam swoje dokumenty aplikacyjne, i za pomocą której będziemy się z Tobą kontaktować w toku rekrutacji, (ii) dostawca hostingu strony www.hhg.pl, za pomocą której przesyłasz swoje dokumenty aplikacyjne, a także (iii) nasi pracownicy zaangażowani w przeprowadzenie procesu rekrutacyjnego.

    1. Jak długo będziemy przetwarzać Twoje dane osobowe?

Twoje dane osobowe będziemy przetwarzać przez okres niezbędny do przeprowadzenia procesu rekrutacyjnego na stanowisko, na które aplikujesz. Po zakończeniu procesu rekrutacji usuniemy Twoje dane osobowe z naszej bazy kandydatów, chyba że wcześniej wycofasz zgodę na ich przetwarzanie – w takiej sytuacji usuniemy Twoje dane osobowe przed zakończeniem procesu rekrutacji i wcześniej zaprzestaniemy ich przetwarzania.

Jeżeli wyrazisz zgodę na przetwarzanie Twoich danych osobowych na potrzeby przyszłych procesów rekrutacyjnych, wówczas będziemy je przetwarzać przez okres 2 lat od dnia otrzymania Twojej zgody. Jeżeli zgodę tę wycofasz przed upływem tego okresu, wówczas usuniemy Twoje dane osobowe i wcześniej zaprzestaniemy ich przetwarzania.

    1. Masz prawo do …

Zgodnie z RODO oraz w przypadkach w RODO wskazanych, masz prawo do: (i) żądania od nas dostępu do Twoich danych osobowych, a także (ii) ich sprostowania, (iii) usunięcia lub (iv) ograniczenia przetwarzania lub (v) prawo wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania, a także (vi) prawo do przenoszenia danych.

Możesz także wycofać każdą z wyrażonych względem nas zgód na przetwarzanie Twoich danych osobowych.

Organem nadzorczym do spraw ochrony danych osobowych jest Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych.

Przekazanie nam Twoich danych osobowych jest dobrowolne – to Ty decydujesz, czy chcesz wziąć udział w prowadzonej przez nas rekrutacji. W celu jej przeprowadzenia potrzebujemy jednak przetwarzać Twoje dane osobowe.

    1. Automatyczne podejmowanie decyzji i profilowanie

Twoje dane osobowe nie będą podlegały automatycznemu podejmowaniu decyzji, w tym profilowaniu.
